• Receive contract legal advice and review from our preferred Closing Attorney.

• Choose from the following Commision/Transaction Structure with no gimmicks, no desk fee, no administrative percentage fees and no hidden fees:
• 100% commission, $495 flat fee per transaction, $95.00 monthly fee + .12% FMLS fee per transaction
• 70% - 30% split and $50.00 monthly fee + .12% FMLS fee per transaction
• 100% Commission and $395.00 monthly fee + .12% FMLS fee per transaction
